The Clayton Off Road 4 Link Axle Truss is designed to upgrade your stock 5-link setup to a 4-link system. This upgrade provides increased flex, strength, and simplicity. Constructed from 2.5" x 2.5" 3/16 wall square tubing, it is CNC laser cut and precisely bent for a proper fit. The included 4-link tabs are 1/4" CNC laser cut and welded, ready for most axle applications.

The Clayton Off Road 4 Link Axle Truss facilitates a conversion from an OEM 5-link suspension to a more robust 4-link design. This modification enhances axle flex, overall strength, and simplifies the suspension geometry compared to the stock setup. The truss itself is fabricated from 2.5" by 2.5" square tubing with a 3/16" wall thickness, ensuring durability and structural integrity. Precision is key in the construction of this axle truss. It is CNC laser cut and then precisely bent to guarantee an accurate fit for various axle types. Additionally, the 4-link tabs are 1/4" CNC laser cut and welded directly onto the truss, making them ready to accept control arms for almost any application. This product is engineered to be used in custom applications and is a component in many of Clayton Off Road's 4-link suspension kits. This axle truss is made in the USA and is compatible with a wide range of axles, including D35, D44, D60, Ford 8.8, Ford 9-inch, and Sterling 10.25. It is specifically designed to fit Jeep models such as TJ Wrangler (1997-2006), LJ Wrangler (2004-2006), WJ Grand Cherokee (1999-2004), ZJ Grand Cherokee (1993-1998), and XJ Cherokee (1984-2001). Installation may require proper alignment procedures to ensure optimal performance.
