The Clayton Off Road Pro Series Rear Long Arm Upgrade Kit is engineered for maximum articulation, superior durability, and precise adjustability for your 1993-1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ. The kit includes essential components such as rear frame brackets, double adjustable control arms for easy fine-tuning, a 4-link axle truss, and sub-frame rails. The system features Currie Johnny Joints at the frame ends, offering 40 degrees of unrestricted movement and superior shock absorption compared to heim joints. At the axle ends, Giiro Bushings provide a smooth, controlled ride with a maintenance-free, dual-durometer design. The heavy-duty weld-on brackets and crossmember are reinforced for long-term durability, and the control arms come with a lifetime guarantee. Upgrading to this 3-link system offers significant benefits, including maximum articulation for extreme off-road capability and smoother suspension geometry for improved ride quality. The enhanced strength from the weld-on upper mount ensures durability in rugged terrain. Installation requires welding and general fabrication and automotive mechanic skills, and should only be performed by a competent welder.
