4-Panel Fiberglass Hard Top

The Anderson Composites Hard Top offers a durable and stylish solution for 4-door Ford Broncos manufactured between 2021 and 2026. This premium replacement roof features a unique four-panel design, including panels over the front and rear seats, and a rear section equipped with glass and a hatch. Constructed with a vacuum-infused process utilizing eight layers of woven fiberglass cloth, this hardtop ensures superior strength and resilience. Its black textured finish, complete with UV inhibitors, offers an OEM-like appearance and long-lasting durability. For added structural integrity and off-road capability, composite honeycomb inserts are incorporated. The interior boasts a diamond-stitched headliner designed with six layers of material—including foam, a heat barrier, and sound deadener—to effectively reduce outside road noise and improve cabin temperature regulation. Installation is described as requiring moderate effort, utilizing quarter locks and J-hooks for secure fitment. The hardtop mounts using OE hardware (which is not included), and no permanent modifications like drilling are necessary, though minor adjustments may be needed for optimal alignment. Early production soft-top equipped Broncos might require additional parts from Ford to complete the installation. This hardtop is not recommended for use with aftermarket partial soft tops, partial mesh tops, or sunscreen tops due to potential interference. The hardtop includes weather-stripping, tinted side glass, a tinted rear window, wiper blade, motor and hose assembly, rear window defroster, strut rods, and the necessary wiring harness to connect to OE plugs. The wiper motor assembly is mounted in the lower OEM location for improved visibility. The rear hardtop panel features exterior side recesses designed to accept the optional Ford Roof Rack Assembly, which has a dynamic weight capacity of 110 pounds and a static capacity of 450 pounds. It comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
