4-Piston Front Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors

The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring they are both lightweight and exceptionally strong while resisting corrosion. The opposed-piston caliper design enhances pad grip and minimizes uneven wear, while the aluminum pistons offer superior heat resistance and smoother operation. This kit features 330mm (13-inch) 2-piece, vented, slotted rotors constructed with a fixed hat and an aluminum center. This design reduces rotational mass, leading to quicker braking response and shorter stopping distances. The 2-piece construction also allows for greater expansion and contraction of the outer iron section, significantly reducing the chance of rotor warpage. Reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets allow these larger-than-OEM calipers to bolt directly onto the existing mounting points without modifications. The included stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under high temperatures and pressures, resulting in faster pedal response. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, featuring grooves to efficiently expel heat, dust, and gases. Designed for a bolt-on replacement with no modifications required, this kit is compatible with 2015-2018 Subaru WRX STI models. The minimum required wheel diameter for this kit is 432mm (17 inches). All caliper seals are heavy-duty, suitable for sustained high-temperature racetrack use.
