APR's engineers developed this kit through a meticulous, multi-step process aimed at minimizing boost leaks, reducing turbulence, and eliminating other performance-degrading factors. The hoses are constructed from four-ply silicone, providing the necessary thickness and strength to reliably support boost levels significantly exceeding the engine's standard capabilities. To combat degradation from engine oils and gasoline present in the PCV and EVAP systems, the hoses feature a robust Fluorosilicone internal lining. This ensures longevity and prevents premature failure, maintaining optimal performance over time. The silicone's adherence to its mating surface further minimizes leaks and potential hose slippage.
