Description

The Takata Drift II Harness is a 4-point safety restraint system designed for enhanced occupant security and is street legal in the United States, manufactured in accordance with US Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 209. This harness features 2-inch shoulder and lap belts, coupled with a convenient center push-button release buckle that operates much like a standard factory seat belt. For added safety, it incorporates Takata's ASM (Anti-Submarine) system to effectively prevent submarining during an accident. The rear belts can be secured to a roll bar or existing rear seat lap belt anchors. It's important to note that this setup precludes the use of rear passengers in the vehicle. Key features include comfort padding for extended use, a snap-in latch type, and included installation hardware. The 'Set Left' designation indicates the configuration for the left side of the vehicle.
