The Ksport Dualcomp Big Brake Kit offers an ultimate all-in-one Dual Caliper solution, specifically engineered with drifting and rally racing in mind. This system utilizes a single 4-pot caliper, intelligently dividing its function with two pots dedicated to the foot brake and two pots for the handbrake, each operating on its own independent system. The kit is a complete bolt-on package, ensuring everything required for installation is included: calipers, floating brake discs, brake pads, and all necessary hardware. Formula Drift legality is also a feature of this brake kit. Constructed with CNC machined Carbon Steel caliper brackets, this kit allows for direct bolt-up to OEM caliper bracket locations, accommodating the larger Ksport calipers. Enhancing both aesthetics and function, a polished Titanium handbrake cylinder and lever are integrated. Standard caliper finishes include Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium options for Silver, Gold, Titanium, and custom high-polish or anodized colors, offering nearly limitless customization. Included with the kit are NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal braking performance in street conditions and occasional track use. These pads significantly reduce brake dust (by 50% or more compared to race pads) and minimize noise and rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. Complementing the braking system are DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel over stock rubber lines. For customization, Ksport offers a choice between Slotted or Cross Drilled Rotors. Cross Drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to their cooler running temperatures, while Slotted rotors are advised for vehicles experiencing more track time.
