4-Pot Rear Brake Kit with Independent Handbrake

This innovative system utilizes a single 4-pot caliper, cleverly dividing its functionality: two pistons engage for the primary foot brake, while the other two operate the handbrake, each on its own independent circuit. This design ensures maximum control and effectiveness under demanding conditions. Constructed with a lightweight forged one-piece caliper body made from aerospace-grade aluminum, the Dualcomp system is built for exceptional strength and durability, eliminating weak points common in cast or welded designs. The caliper pistons are aluminum and protected by heavy-duty seals capable of withstanding high track temperatures. Opposed-piston design promotes consistent brake pad wear, while high-temperature seals, titanium retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates are standard. The two-piece rotor design, crafted with 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center sections, significantly reduces rotational mass and improves heat dissipation, contributing to fade-free performance and quicker brake response. Rotors are available in Cross Drilled (recommended for daily driving) or Slotted (recommended for track use) options. This kit includes everything needed for a comprehensive upgrade: calipers, floating brake discs, SC5 Street Pads (with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads), a polished Titanium handbrake cylinder and lever, CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure proper OEM location fitment, and D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal response and feel over stock rubber lines.
