The Alloy Works CU716 is a 4-row core aluminum radiator designed for 1973-1991 Chevy C/K, C10, C20, C30, K10/20, and V8 GMC pickup trucks. It features a core size of 19" H x 28-1/2" W x 2-4/9'' Thick and an overall size of 20-1/4" H x 33-1/4" W x 6-1/2'' Thick. This radiator is constructed from AA5052 aluminum and includes a 12" 90W fan with 10 S-Type blades, a shroud, and a thermostat kit.

The Alloy Works CU716 is a high-performance, 4-row core aluminum radiator engineered as a direct replacement for 1973-1991 Chevy C/K, C10, C20, C30, K10/20, and V8 GMC pickup trucks. Constructed from superior AA5052 aircraft-grade aluminum, it offers enhanced durability and heat dissipation compared to standard T-3303 series aluminum radiators. This material choice prevents common issues like leaks, corrosion, and poor heat transfer associated with lower-grade aluminum. The radiator boasts a core size of 19" H x 28-1/2" W x 2-4/9'' Thick and an overall dimension of 20-1/4" H x 33-1/4" W x 6-1/2'' Thick. It features dual 1 1/2" upper inlets on the driver's side and lower outlets on the passenger side. Included is a 12" 90W electric fan with 10 S-type blades, delivering 1730 CFM of airflow, along with a matching aluminum shroud for optimal cooling efficiency. The package also contains a CNC-machined billet aluminum radiator cap and an OEM-style brass petcock drain for convenient maintenance. This Alloy Works radiator utilizes brazed core technology, providing at least 30%-45% greater cooling efficiency than stock radiators. It also includes a transmission oil cooler with dimensions of ￠32×215×G1/4 (Z) and a thermostat kit that activates the electric fans at a preset temperature (180°F turn-on, 165°F turn-off). Note: No fitting instructions are supplied. Professional installation is highly recommended.
