It features a primary aluminum alloy construction with a high silicon content, low thermal expansion, and a tin facing on the sliding surfaces. The kit includes a piston with 3 rings, crafted from a special aluminum alloy for high silicon content, low thermal expansion, and a tin-coated surface.

The Malossi Aluminium Cylinder Kit offers enhanced performance for select 4-stroke, H2O-cooled scooters. This kit features a 44mm bore and a 10mm pin diameter, displacing 66.3cc with a compression ratio of 12.01:1. The cylinder is constructed from a primary aluminum alloy with hardened and tempered silicon, featuring a silicon carbide coating and diamond-smoothed passages for reduced friction and improved heat exchange. The included piston is ultra-compact with 3 rings, made from a special aluminum alloy with high silicon content, low thermal expansion, and a tin facing on its sliding surfaces, all machined on high-precision numerical control machines. Installation of this cylinder kit is exclusively compatible with specific Malossi Force Master control units. For Euro 4 models (Yamaha Aerox 4 50 ie 4T LC euro 4 2018-> and Yamaha Neo's 4 50 ie 4T LC euro 4 2019->), the Force Master control unit art. 5518370 is required. For Euro 2 models (MBK Nitro 50 ie 4T LC euro 2, MBK Ovetto UBS 50 ie 4T LC euro 2, Yamaha Aerox 4 50 ie 4T LC euro 2, Yamaha C3 [XF] 50 ie 4T LC euro 2, Yamaha Giggle [XF] 50 ie 4T LC euro 2, Yamaha Neo's 4 50 ie 4T LC euro 2, Yamaha Vox [XF] 50 ie 4T LC euro 2, and Yamaha Zuma FX 50 ie 4T LC), the Force Master control unit art. 5518429 must be used. The product is reserved for racing applications and should only be installed in designated locations per sporting authority regulations; Malossi disclaims liability for improper use.
