4" Structural Channel Steel Frame Headache Rack

This truck bed is designed to fit a wide range of truck models and is available in lengths of 84", 8'6", 9'4", and 11'4". Construction highlights include robust 4" structural channel steel frame rails for strength and durability, combined with 3” aluminum extruded channel crossmembers for a lightweight yet resilient structure. The deck itself is made of extruded aluminum, offering superior durability and a cleaner aesthetic compared to traditional wood. It also features a one-piece aluminum tube headache rack for cab protection and 3/8” x 2” aluminum rub rails with integrated stake pockets for secure load management. This model comes equipped with essential lighting systems, including 2 – LED recessed tail, brake, and backup lights mounted in the headache rack, as well as bullet DOT approved LED clearance and marker lights for enhanced visibility. The rear skirt is a solid one-piece aluminum construction with tapered corners. For towing needs, it integrates a 24,000 lb.-rated B&W bumper pull hitch with a 2 ½” receiver tube and a 30,000 lb.-rated B&W gooseneck hitch, both featuring 7-way electrical plugs. Other features include an angled cast aluminum fuel fill and an optional underbody toolbox. The RD model offers several flooring options beyond the standard extruded aluminum, including wood, Blackwood, and Rumber wood flooring, allowing for customization based on user preference and application.
