4-Tube Long Tube Exhaust Headers

The Doug's Headers D569-B is a set of 4-tube steel long tube exhaust headers designed for performance enhancement. These headers feature a durable Hi-Temp Black Coating, offering corrosion and heat resistance up to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit, polished to a high luster appearance. Constructed from heavy 16-gauge steel tubing, these headers utilize CNC mandrel bent tubes to ensure an accurate fit and optimize exhaust flow. The primary tubing diameter is 1.75 inches, with a collector outlet diameter of 3 inches, and includes 2.500-inch exit reducers. These headers are legal for installation on pre-pollution-controlled vehicles (1974 and older) only, and are not legal for installation on pollution-controlled vehicles that must meet state and federal emissions standards. They are sold as a pair and include necessary gaskets and bolts/studs. The product is compatible with 1967-1968 Pontiac Firebird models.
