4'' Turbo-Back Exhaust DPF & Cat Delete Pipe

Engineered for serious off-road and competition use, this SPELAB 4-inch turbo-back system is designed to eliminate restrictive factory components, including the catalytic converter and DPF filter. This modification aims to deliver maximum exhaust flow, significantly reduced backpressure, and optimized engine performance. The mandrel-bent 4-inch T-409 stainless steel piping ensures smooth, unrestricted airflow from the turbo outlet to the tailpipe. This configuration dramatically lowers exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) while improving throttle response and turbo spool-up. The pipe is constructed from 2mm thick T-409 stainless steel for durability and heat resistance. It is noted that T-409 stainless steel is magnetic, unlike T-304. Installation is estimated to take about 1 hour with basic hand tools. Clamps, hangers, and hardware are included, though some factory hardware may need to be reused. Cutting may be required for shorter wheelbase configurations. A DPF delete capable tuner is required to prevent check engine lights or diagnostic trouble codes due to the removal of emission-related sensors.
