The President Electronics BILL II is an ultra-compact 40-channel CB radio designed for vehicles with limited dashboard space, such as Jeeps, Tacomas, and UTVs. This rugged unit features switchable AM/FM modes, NOAA weather channel alerts, and built-in noise reduction technology including ANL and high-cut filters.

Featuring a footprint similar to a smartphone, this 40-channel transceiver allows for flexible mounting in tight dashboards or consoles, supported by an included quick-release bracket for easy removal. Technically equipped for clear communication, the unit supports both AM and FM modulation modes. Reception is enhanced through an integrated Automatic Noise Limiter (ANL) and a high-cut filter to minimize interference, along with squelch controls and a digital S-meter. The radio provides access to 7 NOAA weather channels and includes a 6-pin microphone that features integrated channel controls. The radio operates on the 11-meter frequency band (26.965–27.405 MHz) and features a 4-watt power output. The front-mounted 6-pin microphone connection allows for intuitive operation, while the multifunction LCD provides essential status information. The system includes a standard U-mounting bracket, a quick-release mount, a power cord with fuse, and a microphone hanger for a complete installation solution.
