Description

The Superwinch S5500 Trailer Winch is designed for pulling wheeled items onto trailers. It features a 3.6 HP permanent magnet 12V motor, 3-stage planetary steel-cut gearing with a 159:1 ratio, and a 2-hole drum to prevent rope detachment. It includes a yellow safety-tinted protective cover, a lever-style free-spooling clutch (hand or foot operable), and a hybrid 2-way roller/hawse fairlead with T-304 stainless steel rollers. Available with synthetic rope (this model) or steel cable. A 7,500 LB capacity S7500 model is also available. Installation requires four bolts.
