The RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axles for Jeep JL Dana 30 provide unmatched strength and smoothness. These CV axles replace OEM Jeep JL axle shafts with a high-strength constant velocity design, eliminating oscillation and "crow hop" caused by uneven power delivery of u-joint axles. They offer 6 points of fully-engaged contact up to 45 degrees, maintaining 100% strength even at full steering lock. The RCV Jeep JL CV for Dana 30 is 18% larger than previous Dana 30 designs and utilizes Dana 60 architecture. They are tested to be twice as strong as OEM axles and are low maintenance. The axles retain the Jeep's Front Axle Disconnect (FAD) module and full functionality of the FAD system, ensuring no warning lights or further modifications are needed. They are backed with a Lifetime Warranty against breakage up to a 37" tire. The axles outboards are gun-drilled with a grease fitting for easy maintenance.
