The RCV Performance Ultimate 300M CV Axles are designed for Jeep JL Wrangler & JT Gladiator Rubicon Dana 44 axles, offering superior strength and smooth operation. These CV axles replace OEM Jeep JL axle shafts with a high-strength constant velocity design, eliminating oscillation and "crow hop" associated with u-joint axles. RCV CVs feature 6 points of fully-engaged contact at angles up to 45 degrees, maintaining 100% strength even at full steering lock. They are 18% larger than previous Dana 44 designs and utilize Dana 60 architecture, making them twice as strong as OEM axles. These axles are low maintenance, provide smooth operation on and off-road, and are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against breakage for tires up to 43". The CVJ44-JL-FAD axles are a direct OEM replacement for Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon and Jeep Gladiator JT Rubicon, retaining full functionality of the Front Axle Disconnect (FAD) system without warning lights or modifications. The FAD coupler uses upgraded aircraft-grade materials, and RCV FAD kits include a new bronze bushing, replacing the OEM plastic. The axle set includes right and left CV axle shafts, outer stubs, SST seals and installation tool, installation instructions, synthetic moly grease, and installation hardware. Black oxide coating is standard.
