The TSP High Efficiency Downpipe is engineered to significantly enhance airflow and efficiency for Honda's 2.0L turbo engine. Research indicates that a downpipe upgrade is one of the most effective modifications for increasing engine performance. This downpipe promotes optimal airflow with minimal turbulence, utilizing 304 stainless steel investment cast ends and a custom-developed 5.00" OD, 400 CPSI GESI G-Sport catalytic converter. This converter was specifically created for Honda 2.0T applications to balance optimal exhaust flow with emissions compliance. The wide cast inlet design smoothly merges turbine outlet and wastegate gases, reducing restriction, while the cast outlet allows for a smooth taper to aftermarket or factory front pipes. This kit includes the downpipe assembly, heat-shield stand-offs, hardware, a premium multi-layer lower gasket, an M18 x 1.50mm hex plug (for Accord applications), and an O2 sensor harness extension. This downpipe does not require an ECU calibration or tune and will not trigger a check engine light. It is compatible with factory and most aftermarket front pipes. While it utilizes an EPA-compliant catalytic converter for use up to 1,000hp, it is important to note that this product cannot be shipped to California. It is also recommended to consider pairing this downpipe with a form-fitting blanket from PTP for added thermal protection.
