400 LPH High Flow Inline Fuel Pump

The AEM 50-1005 is a high-performance 400 LPH inline fuel pump engineered for naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Its "044 Style" envelope and AN fittings (-10 AN female inlet, -6 AN female outlet) facilitate easy installation and replacement of existing fuel pumps. This fuel pump delivers impressive flow rates: 400 LPH (100 GPH) at 40 PSI, 340 LPH (90 GPH) at 73 PSI, and 270 LPH (71 GPH) at 120 PSI. It is capable of supporting over 1,200 HP normally aspirated and up to 860 HP at 30 psi boost. The pump is rated for use with ethanol-blended fuels (E85/E90) and all types of gasoline, though continuous use of 100% ethanol may decrease its lifespan. The AEM 50-1005 can be mounted externally or in-tank, with optional hardware available separately. The included kit contains the fuel pump, a -6 to -8 AN male discharge fitting with an integral high-pressure check valve, terminal nuts, terminal boots, and installation instructions. Optional accessories such as an inlet pre-filter and discharge adapters without check valves are also available. It is important to note that while the pump itself is compatible with a wide range of fuels, one source indicates that the AEM Fuel Pump is ONLY compatible with gasoline.
