Description

The CPP 400 Series Power Steering Conversion Kit offers a modern solution for upgrading the steering in your classic Dodge truck. This kit is designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory manual steering box, integrating contemporary steering technology for a more refined driving experience. It aims to reduce steering effort and enhance maneuverability, making it easier to handle your classic vehicle. The kit includes essential components for a comprehensive conversion: a 500 Series steering gearbox, a pump, hoses, a mounting bracket, a pitman arm, and a rag joint. The steering gearbox features an open-centered, rotary-type valve for smooth operation throughout the entire steering range. This power steering conversion kit is specifically designed for 1961-69 1/2 Ton Dodge Trucks and also fits 1961-1971 Dodge D100 trucks. Please note that the pump pulley is sold separately.
