4000 HybriDynamic Brake Pads

The Dynamic Friction Company 4000 HybriDynamic brake pads are engineered to provide a consistent pedal feel and excellent brake response, taking the guesswork out of selecting the right pad material. They also boast low dust and low noise characteristics, making them a suitable choice for daily driving. DFC brake pads are 100% post-cured to ensure stable friction performance and scorched to remove uncured bonding agents, minimizing the need for an initial break-in period and increasing stopping power from the first stop. They are also equipped with DFC Premium Rubber-Steel-Rubber shims for improved NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) reduction. An underlayer is included to promote better friction-to-plate adhesion and act as a thermal barrier, minimizing heat transfer to the caliper and reducing the possibility of brake fluid boil. The HybriDynamic formulation offers excellent fade resistance, extremely low dust, and is 100% copper-free, aligning with environmental regulations. They feature OEM technology with noise-reduction elements such as chamfered and slotted surfaces (where applicable).
