4000 Series Front Brake Rotor

The DBA 4000 Series HD brake rotor is a direct replacement, single-piece unit designed to provide upgraded performance braking beyond standard OE levels, featuring a smooth, OE-style finish. It is constructed from superior quality XG-150 high-carbon alloyed iron, which is designed to withstand greater stress and heat generated during intense braking applications. DBA employs TSP (Thermal Stability Profiling) in its manufacturing process, ensuring the rotor's metallurgy can handle the increased thermal loads. The rotor is engineered with DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, which utilizes 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars. This rotor is suitable for a wide range of driving conditions, including OE replacement, performance street use, extreme and fleet duty, towing, off-road applications, and street and track events.
