The DBA 4000 Series Standard Brake Rotor is engineered by Disc Brakes Australia (DBA) as a direct replacement for drivers seeking enhanced braking performance beyond OE specifications. Crafted from high-carbon alloyed iron, these rotors are subjected to Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), a process that optimizes their metallurgy to withstand the extreme stress and heat generated during demanding braking applications. This ensures consistent performance and longevity, even under heavy use. DBA's innovative Kangaroo Paw ventilation system is a key feature, utilizing a pattern of diamond and teardrop pillars. This enhanced cooling helps to dissipate heat more effectively, reducing the risk of brake fade and prolonging rotor life. This specific rotor, DBA43212, is designed for the front application and is compatible with the 2020-2022 Jeep Gladiator. It has an outside diameter of 330 mm, a vented type, and a smooth surface finish. The technical specifications include a 72 mm center hole diameter, a 28 mm discard and nominal thickness, a 55.7 mm overall height, and 5 lug holes.
