Description

The DBA 4000 Series disc brake rotor offers enhanced braking performance suitable for both street use and track enthusiasts. It is constructed from XG-150 high-carbon alloyed iron, a material chosen for its superior thermal stability and ability to withstand the increased stress and heat generated during intense braking. DBA's innovative Kangaroo Paw ventilation system increases surface area and improves heat dissipation, a critical factor for consistent braking performance. The T3 slot design further contributes to performance by dampening vibration, leading to a quieter and more responsive braking experience. Additionally, these rotors are finished with Cubic Boron Nitride turning on the friction surfaces and an anti-corrosion coating on the non-friction areas to prevent rust and maintain aesthetics.
