Description

The DBA 4000 Series T3 brake rotor is engineered for drivers who demand performance beyond standard OE specifications. This direct-replacement, single-piece rotor features DBA's renowned T3 bi-directional slot design, which increases the number of exit locations for brake pad friction gasses, improving brake stop uniformity and efficacy. Constructed from XG150 High Carbon Alloy Iron, these rotors are treated to reduce warping and cracking, prolonging their lifespan. DBA brake rotors are built to handle increased stress and heat from intense braking applications. This rotor is recommended for performance use, including extreme and fleet duty, towing with oversized tires, performance street driving, and street/track events. The rotor surface is slotted and coated, with a vented type for optimal thermal management. It includes temperature monitoring to indicate peak braking temperatures and features paint protection on non-friction areas to prevent rust.
