The DBA 4000 Series XS Cross Drilled and Slotted Rear Rotor is engineered to elevate the braking performance of your vehicle's rear axle. This rotor is constructed from high carbon alloy iron, a material known for its resilience and heat resistance, and subjected to a specialized Thermal Stability Profiling process. This process enhances the rotor's lifespan and stability, enabling it to withstand the extreme heat generated during demanding braking applications. Complementing this is the cross-drilled and slotted surface pattern, which optimizes brake pad friction and aids in the expulsion of brake pad friction gasses and dust. For added longevity and a clean appearance, the non-friction areas are painted for anti-rust protection, and the rotor hub boasts a premium gold finish. Its symmetrical design allows for bi-directional use, making it suitable for both left and right sides. The rotor features thermographic heat paint that visually indicates brake temperatures, and it is machined with cubic boron nitride to minimize thickness variation, ensuring consistent performance.
