The Pyle PLA2678 is a powerful 2-channel car amplifier designed to boost your vehicle's audio system, capable of delivering a maximum output of 2 x 2000W or a bridgeable 1x4000W at 4 Ohms. Its MOSFET pulse-width modulation power supply ensures a clean and distortion-free audio signal. Constructed with a Glass Epoxy PCB and rated as 2 Ohm stable, this amplifier is built for robust performance. It includes advanced protection circuitry to safeguard both the vehicle and the amplifier against thermal issues, overloads, and short circuits. The unit also features a soft turn-on/off function for a smooth power transition. For optimal operation, Pyle suggests that a capacitor can be used, with an optional additional battery recommended for more stable power. The amplifier does not come with a dedicated bass controller; instead, it needs to be calibrated with the head unit to provide sufficient bass.
