The DBA 4000XS HD is a front brake rotor designed for street use and weekend track days. It features a vented, cross-drilled, and slotted surface for enhanced braking performance and heat dissipation. The rotor is constructed from XG150 High Carbon Alloyed Iron, minimizing warping and cracking while prolonging service life. Non-friction areas are painted gold for corrosion protection, and thermographic temperature monitoring markings are included to indicate peak braking temperatures.

The DBA 4650XS HD is a front brake rotor from the 4000 Series, engineered for vehicles that have outgrown their stock braking capabilities. This rotor is suitable for both street use and demanding weekend track sessions, offering a balance of performance and durability. Constructed from XG150 High Carbon Alloyed Iron, the 4650XS HD rotor is designed to minimize warping and cracking, thereby extending its service life. Its vented, cross-drilled, and slotted surface, along with DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, promotes superior heat dissipation, crucial for high-heat braking situations. The tri-symmetrical curve slots contribute to a quieter, more responsive, and smoother brake feel. This rotor's design is uni-directional, simplifying installation as separate left and right discs are not required. DBA includes thermographic temperature monitoring markings, which are heat-sensitive paint indicators that clearly display peak braking temperatures. Additionally, non-friction areas are coated with a protective gold paint to prevent corrosion and unsightly rust formation. This rotor is compatible with a range of Subaru WRX (2006-2014), Subaru Forester XT (2009-2013), Subaru BRZ (2013-2026), Scion FR-S (2013-2016), Toyota 86 (2017-2020), and Toyota GR86 (2022) models. The rotor has an outside diameter of 11.614 inches and a thickness of 0.984 inches. It is sold individually and comes with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty from the date of purchase.
