400LPH "044 Style" High Flow Fuel Pump

The AEM 400LPH AN Fittings High Flow, High-Pressure Inline Fuel Pump (model 50-1005) is engineered for demanding EFI applications, supporting both naturally aspirated and forced induction engines. Its design utilizes the industry-standard "044 Style" physical configuration, but is updated with -10 AN female ORB inlet and -6 AN female ORB outlet connections for straightforward integration into custom fuel systems or as a replacement for competitor pumps. This fuel pump is capable of impressive flow rates, delivering 400 LPH at 40 PSI, 340 LPH at 73 PSI, and 270 LPH at 120 PSI. It is designed to support over 1200 HP in naturally aspirated applications and up to 860 HP at 30 psi of boost when running gasoline. The pump is compatible with E85/E90 ethanol blends and all types of gasoline, though prolonged use with 100% ethanol may reduce pump longevity. The AEM 50-1005 fuel pump can be installed externally or in-tank with optional hardware sold separately. It includes a -6 to -8 AN discharge fitting with an integral high-pressure check valve, terminal nuts, boots, and installation instructions. Optional accessories available include a -10 ORB fitting inlet pre-filter for in-tank use and discharge adapters without check valves.
