4032 Forged Aluminum Piston Set

The Wiseco PTS500A4 is a set of eight forged pistons engineered for performance in Ford Small Block Windsor engines, including 289, 302, and 351/393W applications. The flat-top design features -5.0cc valve reliefs, suitable for various engine builds. Each piston incorporates as-forged dome and crown features with integrated oil drain backs for improved lubrication and longevity. Additionally, they come standard with Wiseco's proprietary ArmorGlide skirt coating, which extends piston life, reduces noise, and offers tighter dimensional tolerances, ultimately contributing to increased horsepower. These pistons feature a 4.040-inch bore size and a 1.600-inch compression height. They are compatible with crankshaft strokes of 3.000 inches and rod lengths of 5.090 inches. The included performance piston ring set and chromium alloy steel piston pins with Spirolox retainers ensure a complete and robust assembly. Compression ratios vary depending on the cylinder head volume and deck height: 9.3:1 (60cc head, .000 deck) and 8.3:1 (70cc head, .000 deck) for 289 & 302 engines; and 11.1:1 (60cc head, .020 deck) and 10.0:1 (70cc head, .020 deck) for 351 - 393W stroker engines.
