The SRP Pistons 220157 are forged pistons designed for Chrysler small block engines. They feature a 4.040" bore, 1.460" compression height, and a 17.00cc dish. These pistons are suitable for high-performance applications. SRP Professional pistons are lightweight FSR forgings, up to 20% lighter than traditional equivalents. They are made from high-silicon 4032 aluminum alloy for reduced piston-to-wall clearance and quiet operation. They include accumulator grooves for improved ring seal and are designed for normally aspirated or moderate forced induction nitrous engine applications. They come standard with high-performance skirt coating and low-drag performance piston rings. Other features include forced pin oilers for increased wrist pin lubrication, pin fitting, and double spiro locks. The CNC machined ring grooves accept 1/16, 1/16, 3/16 rings (sold separately). A .984 x 2.750 x .150 straight wall wrist pin is included (138 grams).
