The CarPipeX exhaust system kit is a direct-fit replacement designed to upgrade the exhaust on 2000 Honda CR-V EX models equipped with the 2.0L engine. This comprehensive kit includes a new resonator pipe, also referred to as a center muffler, and a rear muffler, ensuring a complete system replacement. Constructed from 409 stainless steel, this system offers superior durability and corrosion resistance compared to standard aluminized steel. The resonator has a round body shape with dimensions of 18 inches in length, 5 inches in width, and 5 inches in height. Its inlet is a 3-bolt welded flange, and the outlet is a 2-bolt welded flange, with an overall length of 92.04 inches. The muffler is an OEM standard part with a combination type, an oval body shape (7" height, 13" length, 9" width), and is also made of stainless steel. The muffler's inlet is an offset 1 3/4" diameter with a 2-bolt welded flange, and the outlet is an offset 1 15/16" diameter pipe connection. Included with the kit are free gaskets, clamps, and a bolt kit to facilitate installation. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty against defects, though this does not cover shipping, labor, or other related charges.
