40mm Fender Flare Extension Kit

The RisingTuning fender flares are custom-designed wheel arch extenders specifically for the Nissan Pathfinder 3rd generation (R51) models produced between 2004 and 2014. This comprehensive kit includes 12 individual parts, consisting of extensions for the front and rear bumpers, front fenders, rear doors, and rear fenders. The primary benefit of these flares is their ability to protect your vehicle's bodywork from damage caused by road dust and small rocks, while also preventing contamination of side mirrors and windows. Additionally, they can increase the rigidity of body elements and conceal existing repair marks or modifications to the fenders and wheel arches. Constructed from durable ABS plastic with a material thickness of 2.5mm, these flares feature a textured black surface that requires no finishing. Each arch extender measures 40mm (1.6 inches) in width, contributing to a total body extension of 80mm (3.2 inches). A key installation feature is the option for no-drill mounting, utilizing the included black rubber T-shaped seal with adhesive sides. Alternatively, the flares can be installed using rivets, with recesses provided for this purpose. Fasteners required for installation are included in the kit. Installation of the fender flares requires specific environmental conditions if using the adhesive mounting method. It is important that the temperature during installation is not lower than 22 degrees Celsius to ensure optimal adhesion between the sealant and the vehicle's body. For rivet installation, additional hardware such as stainless steel bolts and seals are available separately.
