Description

The Camco 11552 Anode Rod is a 4.5-inch magnesium rod designed to extend the life of Atwood water heaters. It works by attracting corrosive elements in the water, thereby protecting the tank and its components from corrosion and galvanic corrosion.

This rod features a 1/2" thread size and dimensions of 4.5" L x 0.5" D. It is sold in quantities of 24, though case packaging is not guaranteed. Camco recommends monthly inspection of the anode rod to prevent mineral buildup and replacement when less than half of the rod remains for maximum performance. The product comes with a limited 90-day warranty.
