4130 Chrome Moly Lightweight Radiator Support

The Steeda Lightweight Tubular Front Radiator Support was the first on the market to offer both weight reduction and the ability to retain your front sway bar. Engineered from high-strength 4130 chrome moly alloy steel, this support is significantly lighter than the factory unit, weighing in at under 7 pounds compared to the stock 17 pounds. This results in a weight reduction of over 10 pounds off the front of the car, improving weight distribution by 0.3%. This tubular support is robust enough for autocross and road course competition, and can accommodate factory, Steeda, and most aftermarket front sway bars. For drag racers who remove their sway bar, an even greater weight reduction of up to 25 pounds or more is possible. Tig welded and powdercoated in a silver metal flake finish, it accepts all factory hardware and bolts directly in place of the original part, making it an easy installation for most garages.
