4130 Chromoly Upper Control Arms

These arms are constructed from .120" wall, 1.50" OD 4130 Chromoly tubing, a material known for its durability in demanding applications like Trophy truck fabrication. They eliminate the factory upper ball joint by utilizing a 1" ID FK Stainless PTFE lined Uniball, which is indexed to the arms to allow for increased wheel travel, especially when paired with Fabtech Dirt Logic coilovers. The Uniball pins, made from heat-treated 17-4 Stainless Steel, are designed to fit directly into the factory ball joint taper, allowing for an easy return to stock configuration without spindle modification. The misalignments are also crafted from 17-4 Stainless Steel to ensure proper clearance throughout the suspension's travel range. On the frame side, quality urethane bushings are incorporated to minimize road noise and enhance durability. These control arms are designed as direct replacements and require no additional drilling or cutting for installation. They provide increased strength and reliability, working effectively with both stock and aftermarket suspension systems. A professional vehicle alignment is recommended after installation to ensure optimal performance.
