4140 CrMo Adjustable Front and Rear Sway Bar Set

These sway bars are constructed from hot-formed 4140 CrMo spring steel, offering superior strength compared to cold-formed bars. The front bar features a tubular design with a 1.125" diameter and 0.188" wall thickness, while the rear bar is a solid 0.625" diameter. Both bars have three adjustment holes, allowing for precise tuning of your Miata's handling characteristics. The set includes polyurethane bushings, brackets, and grease for installation, with the front bar also featuring stoppers to prevent side-to-side sliding. While generally robust, be aware that in specific situations involving stock springs, very sticky tires, and aggressive driving, the front sway bar mounts may experience stress. Flyin' Miata offers optional reinforcement brackets for added security. The manufacturer notes that while some kits reinforce rear sway bar mounting brackets, their testing and development in the MX5 Global Cup have not shown weaknesses in this area. This sway bar set is specifically designed for the ND chassis and fits all ND models, including ND1, ND2, and ND3 variants, despite slight shape differences in the ND3 front sway bar.
