The Racetronix 42 lb/hr Disc High-Z Fuel Injector is a high-performance replacement injector designed for various applications, including Ford/Bosch M-9593-F302(F) and M9593-F304(F). This injector offers several advantages over traditional pintle types, such as compatibility with alternative fuels like E85 and methanol, a longer service life, and quieter operation.

Featuring a disc design that resists deposit buildup and a flat mating surface to prevent fuel evaporation, this injector also provides a wider dynamic flow range for improved idling and quicker starts due to no fuel leakage. It is dynamically flowed and grouped to within 1% tolerance when purchased in packs, using Racetronix's custom injector flow bench. The tests are conducted with n-Heptane at specific temperatures, pressures, and voltages. This high-impedance injector is compatible with factory ECM/PCM injector drivers.

The Racetronix 42 lb/hr Disc High-Z Fuel Injector (MPN: FJ-SM-12S) is designed for high-performance applications, serving as a direct replacement for specific Ford/Bosch part numbers. Unlike traditional pintle injectors, this disc-type injector utilizes a revolutionary design that offers numerous performance and longevity benefits. Key advantages of this injector, as noted by Delphi, include a flat mating surface that prevents excess fuel evaporation and subsequent deposits or clogging. It is also compatible with alternative fuels such as E85 and Methanol, boasts a longer service life, and features a high-speed disc action for a wider dynamic flow range, leading to improved idling performance and quieter operation. The disc design actively resists build-up, ensuring consistent fuel flow and preventing leakage for quicker starts. Technical specifications include a static flow rate of 42.29 lb/hr (n-Heptane) with a tolerance of +/-4%, and a dynamic flow of 9.96 mg/pulse with a tolerance of +/-6%. It operates at high impedance (12-16 ohms), making it compatible with all factory ECM/PCM injector drivers. The injectors are dynamically flowed and grouped to within 1% tolerance when purchased in packs, tested with n-Heptane at 20°C, 3.0 Bar, and 14VDC. A conversion ratio of 1.035:1 can be used for gasoline flow rates. Grease is supplied for lubricating o-rings prior to installation.
