Fits 12 & 24 Valve Trucks with NV4500 5 Speed Transmission. 12.25" x 1.25" Heavy Duty Spring Hub, 3800# Pressure Plate. Kit Includes: Pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearing, HD pilot bearing and alignment tool. All performance clutch kits for 12V flywheels will require flywheel machining for clearance of HD hub. This clutch is good for daily driving and street performance on trucks with mild to moderate HP upgrades. Not recommended for heavy towing.
