The DeatschWerks LS1/LS6 Fuel Rails with Crossover and 420cc/min Injectors are engineered to provide superior fuel flow and plumbing options for select GM LS1/LS6 applications. Constructed from CNC-machined billet T6061 aluminum with a durable hard-anodized black finish, these fuel rails incorporate integrated CNC brackets, offering greater stiffness and precision compared to less expensive bolt-on alternatives. Designed for performance, the DeatschWerks rails feature -8AN ORB inlets and outlets with bore diameters that exceed AN specifications by 80%, ensuring higher flow capacity. Unique features include bottom-mount 3/8” NPT ports for low-profile fuel pulsation damper integration, which helps reduce noise and pressure fluctuations in dead-headed and returnless systems. The rails are also equipped with 1/8” NPT top ports and 3/8” NPT bottom ports, providing versatile integration points for accessories like nitrous systems, pressure gauges, and fuel pulsation dampers.
