426 HEMI Horsepower Stroker Kit

The MMX 426 HEMI 1500+ Horsepower Stroker Kit is a high-performance rotating assembly engineered for 6.2L or 6.4L Hemi engines. This kit is identical to the one utilized in the MMX 1500 HP 3.8 Whipple Demon Crate Engine and has demonstrated its capability to withstand over 1700 wheel horsepower. Key features include a Callies 4.050 stroke center counterweight crankshaft and Oliver Speedway I-beam connecting rods. The kit incorporates Mahle custom stroker pistons, available in standard bore (4.090) or up to 4.105 inches, with various bore size options including +.005", +.010", and +.015". The pistons feature a 14CC dish, offering a 9.7:1 compression ratio with a .054" gasket or 10:1 with a .040" gasket. They also include an additional cross-section in the ring land and an increased volume accumulator groove for enhanced strength and to reduce pressure spikes that can cause land failures. Valve pockets are designed to accommodate up to 2.200/1.675" valve arrangements, and the kit comes with H13 tool steel pins and file-fit premium rings. This rotating assembly includes a Callies CCW 8 counterweight 4.050 stroke crankshaft, Oliver Speedway connecting rods, Mahle custom stroker pistons (4.090, 4.095, or 4.100), H13 tool steel pins, and a VVT spacer with 2 crankshaft keys.
