The engine includes a steel crankshaft, a 9.500" iron cylinder block, and an 8-stack intake with electric fuel injection.

The Roush 427 IR crate engine offers a powerful upgrade, combining classic engine design principles with modern performance enhancements. This SBF engine family features a 427 cubic inch displacement, delivering a robust 560 horsepower and 540 ft-lbs of torque. It is built with a durable 9.500" iron cylinder block and a steel crankshaft for longevity and performance. This engine is equipped with an 8-stack intake system and electric fuel injection for precise fuel delivery. It also features CNC-ported cylinder heads and a roller cam. The Roush 427 IR is dynamically tested and ready for premium fuel, ensuring optimal performance right out of the box. A 2-year / 24,000-mile limited warranty provides peace of mind.
