The Bosch 42lb (440cc/hr) "Green Giant" fuel injector is a high-performance component designed for upgraded or modified engines. This "Green Top" injector replaces older EV1 style injectors and features a 4-hole nozzle with a V-spray pattern for optimal fuel atomization. It is rated at 42 lbs/hr at 2.7 BAR, delivering approximately 47 PSI in a 3.5 BAR system, and is compatible with all fuels, including E85. These injectors are popular in forced induction setups for their ability to flow sufficient fuel to prevent detonation at high RPM and maintain adequate fueling. However, it is critical to note that using these injectors on a stock or naturally aspirated BMW engine will result in significantly over-fueling and requires specialized tuning to function correctly. They are sold individually, so ensure you order the correct quantity for your vehicle's needs. This Bosch fuel injector is listed as fitting specific Volvo S60 and V70 R models from 2004-2007 with the 2.5L L5 B5254T4 Gas engine, available in both automatic AWD sedan/wagon and manual AWD sedan/wagon configurations.
