The Empi 43-5619 main venturi is a 42mm component specifically designed for Weber 48 IDA carburetors, as well as Empi 48 and 51 EPC carburetors. This part allows for tuning by enabling the swap of venturi sizes to better match a carburetor to a specific engine displacement. A smaller venturi size, such as this 42mm option, will generally result in a quicker off-idle response from the engine. The product is sold individually. This venturi is part of a broader range offered for Weber and Empi carburetors, catering to different engine needs, whether for improved bottom-end torque and airspeed with a smaller venturi or top-end power with a larger one.
