Description

The Yukon Chromoly Rear Axle is engineered as a robust replacement for the Jeep AMC Model 35 Heavy Duty axle, specifically designed for applications with drum brakes and C-clip axles. Constructed from high-tensile strength 4340 chromoly, this axle offers superior durability and performance compared to standard axles. This direct-fit axle measures 29-1/4 inches in length and features 27 splines, ensuring proper engagement within the differential. It is designated for the right-hand side of the vehicle. The flange is double-drilled to accommodate both 5x4.5" and 5x5.5" bolt patterns, providing versatility for different wheel setups. Important technical notes indicate that this axle does not include an ABS ring; the original ABS ring must be reused. It also requires screw-in axle studs, sold separately.
