Description

The Yukon Chromoly Super Joint represents a significant upgrade in strength for differential components, particularly excelling in extreme off-road applications. This single joint is engineered for Dana Spicer 60 differentials and is constructed with a robust 4340 chromoly cross. The innovative design eliminates needle bearings, resulting in a larger and considerably stronger trunnion compared to conventional u-joints. This enhanced strength is further supported by 4140 steel caps, which are designed to isolate wear, making them more convenient and less expensive to replace than the cross itself. The trunnion ends incorporate reservoirs for grease. Due to the elimination of sealed needle bearings, these Super Joints require frequent maintenance and regreasing. Therefore, they are not recommended for daily driven vehicles. The package includes one complete joint and four full circle snap rings.
