Description

The Eagle CRS6605F3D-1 is a set of H-beam connecting rods designed for Ford 429 and 460 engines. Constructed from forged 4340 steel, these rods are engineered for durability and performance. They feature a 6.605-inch center-to-center length, a 2.500-inch crank journal, and a 1.040-inch piston pin diameter.

These connecting rods are sold in weight-matched sets and include 7/16-inch ARP 8740 bolts. They are fully machined and shot-peened for a superior surface finish and utilize precision alignment sleeves to ensure proper cap location and bore size. The ARP moly lube is recommended for installation, with a torque specification of 63 ft-lbs.
