Overview

The Pauter 4340 X-Beam connecting rods are precision CNC-machined from E4340 Chrome-moly forgings for the Toyota 2JZGTE engine. These rods are heat-treated to Rockwell C36 and undergo full-coverage shot peening for durability. They are balanced in sets and final sized on the big and small ends.

The Pauter 4340 X-Beam connecting rods are precision CNC-machined from the finest E4340 Chrome-moly forgings, specifically designed for the Toyota 2JZGTE engine. Each rod is meticulously heat-treated to Rockwell C36 and then subjected to full-coverage shot peening to enhance its strength and lifespan under high stress. These connecting rods are end-to-end balanced in sets and then precisely sized on both the big and small ends to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Each rod comes standard with ARP 2000 bolts, rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength, and features an aluminum-bronze wrist pin bushing.
