The Viair 444C Dual Performance Value Pack is a robust air compressor system engineered for air suspension, onboard air applications, and tire inflation. This universal kit provides high-volume output with two independent 12-volt, permanent magnetic motor compressors. Each unit features an intercooler head design and an IP67 ingress protection rating, ensuring durability in harsh environmental conditions. The system achieves a 100% duty cycle at 100 PSI and a 50% duty cycle at 200 PSI, supporting air tank sizes up to 10 gallons with a combined maximum amp draw of 46 amps. The kit includes two 444C compressors with thermal overload protectors, air filter assemblies, remote mount brackets, and stainless steel braided leader hoses with inline check valves. Proper installation requires the use of thread sealant on all fittings; thread tape is explicitly not recommended. When sealing fittings, torque specifications of 10 to 11 ft. lbs. are recommended for 1/8-inch ports, while 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch ports require 16 to 18 ft. lbs. of torque.
