44mm Gen 2 Wastegate with 12psi Base Spring

The VS Racing VSR44WG is a 44mm Gen 2 wastegate designed to manage boost pressure in turbocharged systems. This wastegate comes complete with flanges, making installation straightforward. The unit features a base spring pressure of 12psi, and includes additional springs (Red 4psi, Green 6 psi, Yellow 7 psi) to allow for custom tuning of boost levels. Installation instructions detail connecting the pressure source to the bottom port, with three port options available. Two top ports are provided; one should be vented and the other capped, or both can be capped if not used for electronic pressure setups. Water cooling is an optional feature, with two 4AN water ports available for use if desired. For electronic or dome pressure setups utilizing a solenoid, the input should connect to the bottom port, and the solenoid output to one of the top ports. The remaining top port should be capped, or used for a dome pressure sensor if applicable. The wastegate has a 1.75-inch inlet and outlet size.
